We plan to continue our goal of identifying and contacting eligible women in our area to encourage enrollment in the Every Woman Matters Program. Through one-on-one contacts we want to facilitate screening and rescreening for breast and cervical cancer, cardiovascular disease and diabetes by removing barriers that may exist for individual women.
