Being a dad is about being involved! This father teaches his son about the love he has for fishing.

The Fatherhood Initiative at Community Action Partnership of Mid Nebraska (Mid)-Head Start strives to increase father involvement in the lives of children in south central Nebraska. Father involvement in the family is a national and local need in this time of building families. The Mid Fatherhood Initiative opened its doors in the fall of 2002 and currently is developing programs to help fathers. The opportunity to promote responsible fatherhood through workshops is our mission. To contact us for information about the program or how to participate in any of the programs call (308)865-5690 or (308)865-5694 and ask for the Fatherhood Coordinator.
