The Fatherhood Initiative at Community Action Partnership of Mid Nebraska (Mid)-Head Start strives to increase father involvement in the lives of children in south central Nebraska. Father involvement in the family is a national and local need in this time of building families. The Mid Fatherhood Initiative opened its doors in the fall of 2002 and currently is developing programs to help fathers.
