Homelessness Prevention & Rapid Re-Housing Program

HUD awarded a Homelessness Prevention & Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) grant, funded by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009, to the State of Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services—Nebraska Homeless Assistance Program. By stipulating that funds should be disbursed through the continuums of care, Southwest Nebraska Continuum of Care on Housing & Homelessness (SWCoC) selected Community Acton Partnership of Mid-Nebraska (Mid) to act as its lead agency.

Through the HPRP Coordinator, case management is provided by any partnering agency interested in assisting their clients with housing stabilization.
